Thank you for respecting my time and the time of all my wonderful clients. We understand that there are situations where we have to cancel. In order to maintain the highest level of service we can offer our current customers, this policy will be effective from 20th July 2023. As a courtesy, we'll send you an email when you make an appointment, as well as SMS reminders 48 hours and 24 hours in advance. If you do not receive this reminder, please message me. Confirm your appointment when you receive an SMS reminder. 48 hours is requested if you need to cancel. Fees apply if you need to cancel within 24 hours. Payment can be made through Square Invoices or Venmo Business Requests. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. 


48 hours Free of charge 

24 hours 50% of total service price 

No show or less than 24 hours 100% of total service price

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appt time, we may not be able to provide the service. We may ask you to rebook or change the service.
